Privacy policy

We count visits with Umami, which we host ourselves on our own server in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg). Umami sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses or other personal data, and cannot recognise you when you come back. It keeps only totals: which pages were viewed, the site you came from, your country, and the type of browser and device.

We do not ask for consent for this, because no personal data is processed and nothing is stored on your device.

If you email or call us, we process what you send: your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply, to prepare a quote and, if we work together, to perform the contract. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps and the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Email runs through Google Workspace. Google may process data outside the EU, protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

The server that delivers the site records errors and unusual requests, and these records may contain an IP address. They are used only for security and fixing errors, never to track visitors.

The site uses no cookies. Fonts load from our own server, so your browser sends no requests to Google or other third parties.

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts the site and the statistics. Google Ireland Limited provides email. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

We keep messages for as long as the conversation and the collaboration last, and documents tied to contracts and invoices for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. Send your request to info@av-solutions.hr and we will reply within one month.

If you believe we process data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
